then ask for an (international) prescription. Your GP can then simply send the prescription to the Texel pharmacy. 

Do you live outside the Netherlands and can't get your prescription through your own GP? Then you can request a prescription via this link request your prescription at one of the Texel GP practices. After you fill in the form, you will receive a phone number which you should call to finalise the request. Note: Dutch tourists should always request their medication through their own GP.
